Billing and Insurance

The counselors at Counseling Connections are on the provider panels of a number of insurance companies used by businesses in the local community.  Please inquire if we accept your insurance when you contact the office.

Counseling Connections will get in touch with your health insurance plan to identify and confirm your mental health benefits and will bill the insurance company directly for you. Most clients have a co-pay or a co-insurance for each session after you have met the deductible. We will inform you of your copayment or co-insurance and if there are deductibles on your plan.
